Shipping Policy
(Effective 1 February 2026)

1. Zero-Risk Delivery
   If a parcel is lost or confiscated we will reship once at our expense – no questions asked.
2. Address Accuracy
   You alone are responsible for entering a complete, deliverable address at checkout. Use Latin characters; include apartment, suite or VAT numbers where required.
3. Duties & Taxes
   Every order is shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We pre-clear and pre-pay all customs, VAT and brokerage fees. You will never be asked for additional money on delivery.
4. Discreet Declaration
   Packages are declared as low-value “Horological Gift” to minimise exposure to local duties.
5. Local Dispatch
   Stock is held in bonded warehouses in the USA, UK, EU (Germany & Netherlands), Australia, UAE, Switzerland and Canada. Your order ships from the location nearest to you.
6. Tracking
   A tracking number is emailed and SMS-texted the moment the shipping label is generated. Carrier scans appear within 24 h.
7. Transit Times
   Processing: 1–2 business days
   Transit: 1–2 business days
   High-volume periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Chinese New Year) may extend windows by 24–48 h.
8. Customs Delays
   Random inspections can add 1–2 days; such delays are outside our control but do not affect delivery guarantees.
9. Shipping Cost
   Displayed in-checkout, tiered by country zone. Free worldwide shipping on orders over USD 750.
