Return & Refund Policy

- 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We will refund or replace any order that:
- never arrives,
- arrives damaged or faulty, or
- differs materially from the product page.
- Non-Delivery
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the parcel, contact the courier within 24 h and file a claim.
Email us at swissreplica033@gmail.com no later than 90 calendar days after the stated delivery date. Once the courier confirms loss, we will refund the full purchase price plus original shipping. - Faulty or Misdescribed Items
Open a return ticket within 90 days. We will supply a prepaid label and, at your option, send an immediate replacement or issue a full refund.
- Change-of-Mind Returns
You may return any unworn watch for any reason within 90 days. Use a courier that provides a tracking number; the package remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Refunds are processed within 48 h of receipt and issued via the original payment method. - Exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse, accident or unauthorised service.
- Items returned without an approved RMA number.
- Seizure without official customs documentation.
