We will issue a prepaid return label and refund every cent – no restocking fee, no questions asked. Test the watch for three full months; if it is not for you, send it back. Should you decide to reorder later, we will enclose a loyalty gift as a thank-you.

Every timepiece is crafted from 904 L steel, sapphire crystal and Swiss ETA automatic movements, then inspected twice before dispatch. If your watch arrives in anything less than flawless condition, we will exchange it or refund your purchase. A complimentary 24-month movement warranty covers manufacturing defects; damage from misuse or accident is excluded.

Delivery Guarantee
All shipments are fully insured and tracked. Should customs intercept your package we will, upon presentation of the official seizure notice, reship a replacement watch at our cost you pay only the nominal courier fee.
